CSX Customer Advisory: CSX Restores Normal Operations in LaFollette, Tennessee

Please be advised that CSX has returned to normal operations in LaFollette, Tennessee, following a derailment near Jacksboro Pike and South Avenue on Saturday, May 25.

Safety remains the highest priority for the CSX team and we are working closely with authorities to thoroughly evaluate the cause of this incident, which appears to be related to the structure of the Ivydale Bridge. We are pleased to report that there were no injuries and no danger to the public.

The CSX team worked diligently to restore operations safely and efficiently. While some rerouting was initially necessary, we appreciate your understanding and patience during this period of recovery.
