Submissions need to be made online via the CSX Property Portal. Paper applications will no longer be accepted after 6/30/2016.
- Includes the application form for general access to CSX property (surveys, geotechnical borings, moving large equipment, etc.) and environmental investigations (sampling, remediation, etc.).
- Get special instructions if working in Ontario or Quebec: English version (PDF) (updated 10-29-2015)
Drawings are required for all Right of Entry Application submittals. Drawings must be in accordance/compliance with the Plans and Drawings section of the CSXT Permit Information Packet. Please refer to the Permitting Instructions section.
